About Holly
Holly is an adventurer at heart. She grew up under the wide skies of Colorado, where the mountains were never far and the horizon always seemed to be asking a question. She has spent her life answering it, one journey at a time.
What draws her is not only the land but the people who live on it. A shopkeeper in Rajasthan, a family in Kenya, a stranger sharing a trail in the Dolomites: these encounters are the heart of her work. She believes that when we travel we learn as much about ourselves as we do about the world, and that a photograph, at its best, holds both lessons at once.
More than 75 countries in, her curiosity is undimmed. There are still roads she has not walked, faces she has not met, and light she has not yet seen fall across a place she has not yet been. She cannot wait to go and find them.
